Actually, If Holder were running the justice department, he would have the back of the democrat president (HRC). And there would be no way in hell that he would have allowed the justice department to appoint a special counsel to investigate her. Holder had Obama's back just as he would have HRC's back.

That being said, it would be Loretta Lynch as AG not Holder if HRC had been elected.
