It's absolutely insane that the best way to get Trump foaming at the mouth is to count his rally crowds. Shows you what he thinks is most important. Sometimes, especially at the beginning, it seems he was surprised that the presidency was more than just a bunch of enthusiastic adulation and worshipful ass-kissing.
