How could a President of the United States not seek out qualified people to run the county you are now in charge of? How could you not want to be successful?

The answer is easy: You have no interest in running the country. You don't care what happens to the country, or if any of these people know what they are doing. You care about enriching yourself and increasing your power, and you need people who will not question you, and attack those who do. That's all you are concerned with, yourself. The country is not your concern.

Why do so many American muppets believe that something else is happening, that this man is interested in what happens to the country? He does not care, and never did, he only likes the power that comes from playing Monopoly, collecting as much money, real estate, and merchandise as he possibly can. Once enriched, his thoughts turn to retribution, and with power comes aggression.

I think that is where he gains his strongest influence with the muppets, his willingness to go after their shared enemies, and extra judicial means are preferred by both. Neither of these allied groups care what happens to the country as it collapses all around them. There are too many historical examples to list here, the most spectacular, and recent, happening to various European countries in WWII.

The sequel continues.

Yep, this is about their loyalty only. And yep, the world has seen it before.

As usual you pretend credentials automatically equal competence.

He has people doing what he wants them to do, what we voted for him to do.

2a. Freudian projection

The following is a collection of definitions of projection from orthodox psychology texts. In this system the distinct mechanism of projecting own unconscious or undesirable characteristics onto another is called Freudian Projection.

  • “A defense mechanism in which the individual attributes to other people impulses and traits that he himself has but cannot accept. It is especially likely to occur when the person lacks insight into his own impulses and traits.”
  • “The externalisation of internal unconscious wishes, desires or emotions on to other people. So, for example, someone who feels subconsciously that they have a powerful latent homosexual drive may not acknowledge this consciously, but it may show in their readiness to suspect others of being homosexual.”
  • “Attributing one’s own undesirable traits to other people or agencies, e.g., an aggressive man accuses other people of being hostile.”
  • “The individual perceives in others the motive he denies having himself. Thus the cheat is sure that everyone else is dishonest. The would-be adulterer accuses his wife of infidelity.”
  • “People attribute their own undesirable traits onto others. An individual who unconsciously recognises his or her aggressive tendencies may then see other people acting in an excessively aggressive way.”
  • “Projection is the opposite defence mechanism to identification. We project our own unpleasant feelings onto someone else and blame them for having thoughts that we really have.”

Freudian Projection: Of what they accuse, they are themselves guilty.

Another way of stating the OP is to ask "Why didn't Trump choose the same DC insiders as Biden and Obama to actually run the country?" My guess is because those DC insiders sabotaged his first term. Trump doesn't want establishment insiders, he wants people who despise what the government has become and are willing to risk their necks to change it for the better.

Your example doesn't correlate to anything, it is nonsensical, just like yourself.
