Another way of stating the OP is to ask "Why didn't Trump choose the same DC insiders as Biden and Obama to actually run the country?" My guess is because those DC insiders sabotaged his first term. I assume the courts are upholding the Constitution, which is what they are legally required to do.

So far, his track record with the Supreme Court is abysmal. They refused to even hear his case on the “stolen election” in 2020.

They’re blocking all of his attempts at deportation and tarriffs. The only thing that they have ever given Trump is Roe v Wade and his immunity. He’s lost every other case that’s gone to the Supreme Court.

Trump is openly complaining about the federal society and “Leonard Leo’s judges”. Trump is expressing regret and having listen to the federalist society at all.
