As I see it, the difference between him and those dictators is that he's not ideological. For him, this is just about his desperate need to be respected and validated. He can't express any kind of coherent worldview. The others guys have some kind of socio-autocratic framework, whereas he just NEEDS.

The primary difference between foreign dictators and people like Biden/Harris is that most dictators believe in taking care of their own country instead of selling out to their enemies. They only make deals that improves their situation as a nation, whereas Democrats and some Repugs are only thinking about getting that beachfront property and that yacht to sail around on.

The only incentive that have to become POTUS is to get rich.

Obama went from owning one house to owning 4, including one on Martha's Vinyard, and a beachfront property on Oahu that used to be the Magnum P.I. location.
