Well it was Trump that fucked it up on two different occasions. When he first terminated DACA--he was warned by Paul Ryan and several others not to do it, but did it anyway.

The DNC has announced it is running candidates for every congressional seat in Texas. They don't do that, unless they have a fairly good indication that they're going to win--or at least have a chance.

Actually Republicans have problems in 2 areas. Areas with high concentrations of Hispanic voters and suburban voters. In Virginia, Republicans lost big in the suburbs in statewide and House of Delegates seats. In the Philadelphia suburbs where Republicans dominate, Democrats won local races in some instances for the first time ever. Women have turned out and voted for Democrats in far greater numbers than they did for Clinton.
