This is what Trump needs to do, what this attorney outlines here. This attorney is talking about a "restraining order" to keep the guilty verdict from taking effect (for now).

This is about the 7th or 8th attorney I have listened to on this case.

Listening to those attorneys makes one realize just how OFF this case is.. how un-American, crooked and depriving of Constitutional rights... a malicious prosecution Trump should sue over.

The attorney here shows how Trump could get his case heard before the 24 election.

From the OP link.

'"Even now, we don't know exactly what the jury found Trump guilty of," Rubenfeld added.

Rubenfeld said those who criminally target members of opposing political parties, in this case Trump, the "poll-leading candidate," then they "better have the goods."

"You better not be pursuing some novel legal theory where you have to hide the ball [and] it's not even clear what the charges are," he said. "That could be a very dangerous precedent for this country. A very bad and dangerous precedent."

"That's why it's so important for a federal court to review the constitutionality of this prosecution and decide was it constitutional or was it not," he added. "The only way to achieve that before the election takes place is for the Trump team to file an action in federal court and ask the federal court to temporarily hold off the entry of the judgment of guilt until the federal courts, and maybe the Supreme Court itself, can, on an emergency basis, adjudicate the likelihood of success of these constitutional arguments."

If that doesn't happen, Rubenfeld said, then "that 'irreparable harm' danger that I mentioned before, well, that's where we are."

no doubt trump will receive a lengthy sentence , suspended with the usual conditions, which ALWAYS include NO CONTACT WITH OTHER FELONS.;

"other felons, " in this case, include his campaign manager, his lawyer, and a large part of his staff.

for the 2020 campaign trump pardoned stone flynn and manafort, but bannon and guliani will be on ice this year. .

Too funny

Trump wants the higher courts to accelerate his appeals while they slow down his other cases

The courts do not work for you Donny

the supreme court is his and his daily blow jobs from that florida judge would indicate that yes, the courts work only for trump.

This is outside of the appeal... this is a temporary restraining order while Trump's lawsuit against Bragg and NY gets settled...
Smart move....

Rubenfeld insisted there's "one other avenue" Trump's attorneys could take in combating the conviction — to sue in federal court and "ask for an emergency, temporary restraining order."

Outlining what that effort would look like, Rubenfeld said: "In this federal action, Trump would sue District Attorney Bragg and other state actors and ask the judge, the federal judge, for an emergency temporary restraining order halting Judge Merchan from entering that judgment of guilt until the federal courts have had an opportunity to review and rule out the serious constitutional arguments that exist here."

There is already a legal procedure to follow
Once Trump is sentenced on July 11

Then he can appeal

The tentacles of the Democrat Regime reach everywhere. They worked too hard to create "TRUMP CONVICTED FELON" I don't see it being overturned before the election.
It has already been overturned in Americans' minds

It's amazing that Trump is way more ahead than he was the last 2 times (maybe not in every state, but anyhow) :)

Every time Trump shits green he files an appeal.

He not only shits green, but his face reflects it.
