Former President Donald Trump left the door open for pardoning Hunter Biden, who is facing prison time over tax and gun crimes.

During a Thursday interview, radio host Hugh Hewitt asked Trump about possibly pardoning Hunter Biden, son of current President Joe Biden.

"I wouldn't take it off the books," Trump replied. "Unlike Joe Biden, despite what they've done to me. They went after me so viciously. And Hunter's a bad boy. There's no question about it. He's been a bad boy."

"But I happen to think it's very bad for our country," he added.

It would be another stroke of political genius. Joe and Hunter might even vote for him.
You're right. That's one more reason for the Biden's and anyone else with any brains to vote for Trump. That he is willing to pardon Hunter will put to rest anyone's fear of Trump as dictator. If anyone is truly idiotic enough to fear that.

I'm guessing the Biden's votes are already in the bag for Trump.

The Bidens do not want Harris to succeed, her failure would make them feel vindicated.

If I were Trump, I would also pardon Joe and Kamala.

He's hoping that by saying this Kamala will consider pardoning him in some kind of tit for tat. I doubt she will.

With her background as career prosecutor, I find highly unlikely she even consider it.

Just like they will have very hard time with Putin accepting 3,000 North Korean Troops.
Do the Democrats have a very hard time with that?

What do they plan to do about it, assuming that Harris becomes president?

Hopefully he is prosecuted for all the other crimes, of laundering money for Joe.

I could see him pardoning Hunter for these “gun charges”. The only reason the government went after Hunter on this was to have leverage to get Joe to drop out of the race.

Nah. They'll go through mental gymnastics to justify it.
What “mental gymnastics” have to be done? He said he’ll consider it. Which means he will consider it, then likely not pardon him after all.

Cue MAGA Heads Exploding.
There are many things that Progressives are owed. Trump has made statements on Hillary about not putting her in prison. If it is good for the nation and helps to elect him, then it makes sense. Of course, Trump is Hitler in the latest smears. I have made sentences that many peasants are in prison and are felons for far less than what Hunter has done. Good needs to come from a Hunter pardon.

"Whenever they said lock her up, 30,000 people, what did I do? I said take it easy, just relax, take it easy. I could have had her put in jail. I didn't want to do that. I thought it would look terrible," the ex-president then said.

"But I happen to think it's very bad for our country," he added.

Trump is such a ******* liar.
He led cheers of "Lock Her Up."

True. She didn't even want to let someone she falsely convicted out of jail till forced.

The names of each person you accuse of "Falsely Convicted". The type of case, the date of the case and where those individual are currently prison. Prove your bullshit MAGA MAGGOT.
