They can kick rocks, k? Article II powers give the president the authority to set foreign policy.
Immigration, trade, alliances, all that. Any other branch of government really has no Constitutional right to inhibit the president

It's not the Courts who are overstepping their authority. It's Donald J. Trump.
He never did have the authority to set tariffs. Especially given you have trade deals with all of these nations.

the courts have ruled against the POTUS on the border , immigration , trade , tariffs , fed funding ,and much more .. we no longer live in a country with government elected by the people for the people .. we now live under a leftist judicial dictatorship .. our vote no longer matters ..

They didn't lock him up with their use of judicial lawfare prior to the election, and it seems doubtful that they will permanently be able to stop this president's right to set his policy. I don't see the SC agreeing with the three federal judges.

Congress gave the president the power to set tariffs. This is why you have no business talking about American politics.
Congress can only delegate their responsibilities under the Constitution, temporarily to the president and only under the precise conditions congress set.
Apparently Trump is not following the precise conditions congress set.
States and Small businesses I believe, are suing.

- Trade Expansion Act of 1962 (Section 232), allows the President to impose tariffs or other trade restrictions for national security reasons.
- Trade Act of 1974 (Section 301), permits the President to impose tariffs to address unfair trade practices by foreign nations.
- International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) of 1977, grants the President authority to impose tariffs during national emergencies.
