well as far as i know there is no rule around when you can and can't appoint a SCOTUS. this is why i wish they'd make a joint decision and hold to it. if you can't appoint someone in the last 6-12 months, then so be it. call it and let neither side pull this crap again.

as far as i know biden was the first to say you can't do this. he set the tone and message. it's a prime example of arguing FOR something ONLY when it suits your sides purposes. while that's common for the most part, present the best of your side, the worst of the other, it can and will come back to haunt you.
