I didn't pay one thin dime to retrieve it. They were pointing it to a Hillary site and a porn site. I filed a protest and paid a whopping $12.95 for the name to the Registry. I already owned the .com and the .org version of it. Biden's open public announcement of intention before they grabbed the name for malicious intent pretty well means that Biden already has claim to the name. He just has to file a protest. Once again, Rump and his band of criminals show that they are just another bunch of Mobsters. But the name will be recovered. I wonder if Biden's bunch is smart enough to know this. But I was an ISP at one time and it was my business dealing in such things. Maybe I will shoot a short note over to his campaign.
When you purchase a domain name, you have to make agreements. If you do no not observe those agreements you lose the name. If there are any financial repercussions from it then you can be financially held responsible. In this case, it involves both. But I just want to see Rump and his merry band of Criminals publically lose the domain name and be sent packing for the garbage they really are. Fining them would mean little to a few Billionaires. Prison time would make more sense. Unfortunately, no Felony was committed.
