First very few businesses declare chapter 11 bankruptcy, about 3%.
For those businesses that cannot pay debts and continue on, are small companies where the owners go bankrupt at the same time as their company.
Slime bucket owners who use bankruptcy to walk away from business debt leaving many people and organization not paid and they walk away with billions is not the purpose of chapter 11.
