Well, to be honest it's not 100 percent clear when he was officially kicked out. I do know it's been reported by the WSJ and Miami Hearld that he was no longer on the rolls as of 2007, and that he was removed after numerous complaints from other members of him being a creep. That would be in the time frame of the first charge, as well as Trump's report to law enforcement.

So that doesn't mean that Trump actually made the call, it could be the Chief reached out to him, and Trump made him aware there have been complaints for years. Which matches up with what Trump has been saying.
