Our Air Force, they struggle to maintain a 50% mission capability. Seriously, only about half of the Air Force's planes are mission ready. Plane, cost tens of millions of dollars, that is not mission capable, is one damn expensive flipping paperweight. And for the love of God, some of the damn planes are fifty years old! Damn, on the farm, fifty year old tractor got dolled up and taken to the show, it sure as hell wasn't plowing the back forty.

The Navy. Damn, I don't know why we even try. If we don't generate some ship building capacity, like damn yesterday, we are going to be in a world of hurt.
