Never, I believe.
He might be "Albo", "Airbus Albo", "Tennis Albo" to his native land detractors, and called "Handsome Boy" by Chinese govt officials...but he is the duly elected PM of Australia...much to the annoyance of myself and millions of others.
He could possibly call Donald "Mr President" or "Sir"...but I don't think "Daddy" is in his/our vocabulary when referring to the leader of another country.
