For the one thousand and oneth time, Rasmussen has ADMITTED, on the record, that the nature of their questions in their approval poll adds about 4 points to an incumbent president's approval.

Today he has a 38.1% approval and a 55.9 disapproval rating.

And that was supposed to be his honeymoon period

Economy is surging, unemployment is low, no major wars, low gas prices

Trump should be at 60% approval.....but his personal flaws make it hard for him to break 40%
