Look you asked whether or not Arab Palestinians had the right to resist. By resist you mean erase that state or Israel and reject the idea that the Jewish people have a right to their own self-determination
The answer is no. Arab Palestinians do not have the right to resist in that way. Bottom line.

Let's see: 50 years ago, the territories - currently under discussion (the West Bank and Gaza Strip) - were both occupied after the end of a military pursuit of hostile forces.
There are two International Treaties between the Jordanians and Egyptians that put the matter to rest; which dissolved the Armistice Agreements.

The 1948 borders for the Government of Palestine were intact under the UN until 15 May.
The All Palestine Government was inferior and had not taken sovereignty over any territory; none whatsoever.

They obviously did. Somehow “ International Law” wasn’t an an issue. Still haven’t addressed if the Palestinians have the Right to keep the Israelis from their Holy Sites.

I believe that is more a result of Israel's war than of any prejudice.

“ Israel’s War” since 1948? If there is “ peace” please tell us now why the Palestinians have Recently declared limits on some Israeli Holy Sites. Just put on a link regarding that issue. Of course this is not addressed ( deflection) and I don’t expect it to be.

You’re quite befuddled. From 1948 onward, wars of aggression have been initiated by Arabs-Moslems.
You can pretend that history doesnt exist but pleading ignorance after you have been given the facts simply speaks to your agenda.

Thank you! One more question the Pro Pal Kool Aid Drinkers will not address; LEGALLY what gives the Palestinians the Right to demand a highway between Gaza and the W. Bank ( obviously within the borders) and the demand that they control it? The answer is Nothing !

It doesn't matter. Neither held sovereignty over the territories. They were occupied Palestinian territories as they still are today.
