Trump Appointed Attorney At DOJ Already Resigns Over Eric Adams Case....So Did 5 Other DOJ Attorneys

Your post makes absolutely no sense. If he had knowledge of massive corruption he would used that evidence to reach a plea deal. The reason the charges were dropped was qui pro quo. Help us and we will help you….or else.
All this techno talk. Its endless and yet you screw up everything you touch.

It's a fine line and I hope Trump doesn't hurt his legacy by supporting the wrong situations and/or people. There is an immense challenge for him this term and there are going to be some errors or miscalculations though he might not view this pardon as one of them.
There is no fine line here. What trump did is overtly corrupt. BTW, the only legacy trump has is one of illegality and corruption.

A. The Government Does Not Have a Valid Basis To Seek Dismissal

Mr. Bove's memorandum identifies two grounds for the contemplated dismissal. I cannot advance either argument in good faith. As you know, the Government “may, with leave of court, dismiss an indictment” under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 48(a ). “The principal object of the 'leave of court' requirement is apparently to protect a defendant against prosecutorial harassment, e.g. , charging, dismissing, and recharging, when the Government moves to dismiss an indictment over the defendant's objection.” Rinaldi v. United States, 434 U.S. 22, 30 n.15 ( 1977). “But the Rule has also been held to permit the court to deny a Government dismissal motion to which the defendant has consented if the motion is prompted by considerations clearly contrary to the public interest. ” Id.; see also JM § 9-2.050 (reflecting Department's position that a "court may decline leave to dismiss if the manifest public interest requires it”). The reasons advanced by Mr. Bove for dismissing the indictment are not ones I can in good faith defend as in the public interest and as consistent with the principles of impartiality and fairness that guide my decision-making.

First, Mr. Bove proposes dismissing the charges against Adams in return for his assistance in enforcing the federal immigration laws, analogizing to the prisoner exchange in which the United States freed notorious Russian arms dealer Victor Bout in return for an American prisoner in Russia. Such an exchange with Adams violates commonsense beliefs in the equal administration of justice, the Justice Manual, and the Rules of Professional Conduct. The "commitment to the rule of law is nowhere more profoundly manifest” than in criminal justice. Cheney v. United States Dist. Ct., 542 U.S. 367, 384 (2004) (alterations and citation omitted). Impartial enforcement of the law is the bedrock of federal prosecutions. See Robert H. Jackson, The Federal Prosecutor, 24 J. Am. Jud. Soc'y 18 (1940). As the Justice Manual has long recognized, “the rule of law depends upon the evenhanded administration of justice. The legal judgments of the Department of Justice must be impartial and insulated from political influence. ” JM § 1-8.100. But Adams has argued in substance and Mr. Bove appears prepared to concede that Adams should receive leniency for federal crimes solely because he occupies an important public position and can use that position to assist in the Administration's policy priorities.

Which is illegal!
At some point the DoJ is going to have to find someone willing to go in front of the presiding judge and explain why they requested the case be dropped. That's a problem for cucks like Bove because there is no justification for it.

The judge has the authority to schedule a hearing to hear the government's rationale for dropping the case, which again, is not good for Bove.

We haven't heard the end of this story of corruption.

Well....I don't think the "Deep State" got to Danielle Sassoon, since she is a conservative Federalist Society attorney and she was hired by the Trump Administration less than 3 weeks ago.

Here's the thing, MAGA acolytes -- all of this is going to end badly for Trump. The truth always wins in the end. DOJ attorneys are not going to disgrace themselves for Trump and his corruption.

Great! Let the swamp drain themselves.

DOJ will need ‘fool,’ ‘coward’ to toss Eric Adams case, says seventh prosecutor to resign over order

A seventh federal prosecutor resigned Friday over the Department of Justice’s controversial order to dismiss criminal corruption charges against New York Mayor Eric Adams.

The prosecutor, Hagan Scotten, in a blistering letter to top DOJ official Emil Bove, said “I expect you will eventually find someone who is enough of a fool, or enough of a coward, to file your motion” to dismiss the Adams case.

“But it was never going to be me,” wrote Scotten, who had been the lead prosecutor in Adams’ case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

On Thursday, Scotten’s boss, acting U.S. Attorney Danielle Sassoon resigned in protest over Bove’s order to toss the case.

Within hours of Sassoon quitting, five top prosecutors at the DOJ resigned, rather than execute Bove’s order.

Here's another early test for the admin and Bondi. Obviously, Bove needs to be fired. The problem being she was likely complicit in trying to get the case against Adams dismissed. So they will try to sweep this under the rug quickly. Good luck with that.

These resignations are getting spicy.

You keep saying shit with no support.

Face it nurse. You’re not just a troll — but you’re also not at all convincing.
Let me bring it down for you.

I spent 20 years in the Air Froce, protecting this country from Nazi trash such as yourself. I'm not going to pretend that your opinion matters. You are a disgusting, despicable human being.

You want Trump to "win" at all costs. You are a radicalized, dangerous adherent to the MAGA QAnon religion. Your moral compass fell down a black hole a long time ago.

I don't care what Dr. thinks.
You don't have to....but I speak the truth about you, whether you want to acknowledge that truth or not.

You want Trump to win at all costs, you don't care how corrupt he is. You are also a radicalized, dangerous disciple of the MAGA QAnon religion.

But nary a peep from hacks like you when dems fired hundreds when they took over. Nobody listens to your lies.

"In 1993, Attorney General Janet Reno demanded the resignations of all 93 U.S. attorneys in the early days of the Clinton administration."

Different issue, Kleetus. No quid pro quo involving Reno, Bill Clinton, and a corrupt mayor.

Try harder, fascist.

How did NYPD and the state of NY miss all this alleged corruption right under their noses? Yet the second Adams criticized Biden's open borders a federal case appears out of thin air. Amazing.
