This is why Harris lost the election. Democrats were talking about "white supremacist" while black people were pleading for someone to do something about illegal immigrants taking over their communities.

I am aware, but that does not mean I am not willing to support the overall war on terrorism. I recommend taking the good with the bad. This action against ISIS was good, and I have no problem with it.

The strike was in Syria, but Trump's post seemed to indicate that it was in Somalia. It appears that it was a success, but the report is ambiguous and poorly worded. Many reports in the media just repeated Trump's post, but some have surfaced reporting the Syrian strike.
 
Somalia welcomed the US airstrike against ISIS operatives in the north of the country. Somalia's president previously pleaded with Trump to spare US troops as he fights ISIS terrorism and Trump did him a favor. This will send a strong message to ISIS terrorists in Syria.



In a post on X, the office of the president of Somalia said that President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud "acknowledges the unwavering support of the United States in the fight against international terrorism and welcomes the continued commitment under the decisive leadership of President Donald Trump".

The post also said the latest operation "reinforces the strong security partnership between Somalia and the United States in combating extremist threats".
