Putin is "confused." He's confused about why people don't like him after he invaded a sovereign country, leveled its cities, and threatened the rest of the world with nuclear war. It's a real head-scratcher! It's like a guy who takes a shit in the middle of a dinner party and is then genuinely confused about why he wasn't invited back for dessert. It's not confusion; it's called being a sociopath.
