Trump administration fails to secure indictment against sandwich thrower

The article confirms that it’s just Dems on the jury refusing to enforce the law, due to their own “moral objections”.

Jury nullification is when a juror refuses to find guilt or indict someone due to moral objection to the law or charges in question, regardless of whether the defendant is guilty or not.

So this means conservatives should then dismiss any case against a right winger if they feel it’s political or if the law isn’t fair.

Hopefully the corrupt and incompetent Pirro learned a valuable lesson.

18 U.S. Code § 111 says, “whoever forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates, or interferes with any person (or formerly served) designated in section 1114 of this title who are engaged in the performance of official duties, shall be fined and imprisoned for up to one year for simple assault, and up to eight years where such acts involve physical contact with the victim of that assault or the intent to commit another felony, and use of a deadly or dangerous, or inflicts bodily injury shall be fined and imprisoned not over 20 years ”

Jokes the jurors. DC courts unbiased?

Stupid Bondi is empaneling a GJ for Brennan in Florida.

MAGA country....
Which is the same stupid talking point, since trial juries have to be unanimous.

So dumb. How many times do we have to go over this?

I would submit the jury thought, since the officer was feted with a fake award etc. That they didn't find this constituted assault.

Frankly guilty with damage assessed at cleaning costs x3 would have been appropriate.
