They shut down federal lands for drilling, stopped drilling in the Gulf, the EPA slowed granting permits and completing their approval.

I judge a President’s energy policies on the average price of gas over each of their 4 year terms. Bush’s two terms and Trump’s one term yielded average price of gas under $3 vs Obama’s 2 terms and Biden 1 term where the average price of gas was over $3.

Republican domestic energy policies are less costly and risky for domestic oil companies in comparison to Democrat domestic energy policies.
