Well, no, I'm using an accurate term, as being here without documentation isn't a felony, it's a misdemeanor.

We don't deport drivers without licenses, we fine them, maybe sometimes we confiscate their cars.

The thing was, even if you take Gruppenführer Homan's claim that there are 600K aliens with "Criminal records", that means the vast majority of the 12 million or so here do not.

(And most of these "Criminal Records" are things like 'He got into a fight as a teenager and was charged with assault.)

And this is why moral in ICE is such shit right now. They were told they were signing up to go after drug dealers and human traffickers, but they end up going after Maids and Gardeners.
