A transgender, if we are to believe in transgender myth is not made into a whole new person. A transgendered male was ALWAYS female. Was born a female into a male body. He believes he was female since birth. The reassignment surgery just aligns the body with the internal beliefs of the individuals. The whole argument that this makes him into a whole new person is bunk. Simply bunk.

The appropriate term would not be transgendered, it would be multiple personality syndrome where the individual really believes he becomes another person, or more than one person who may or may not have even the memories of any of the other personalities. Such a person is still guilty of the crime, still committed the murder, but is properly sent to a lockdown mental facility to deal with the MPS issues.
