Many moons ago my cousin was quite the fag hag. She worked in an industry which was flush with homosexuals. I was fairly close to her, as such, I grew to know many of her gay/bi/trans friends.
To cut to the chase...it depends on the size of the instrument. Some tuck, some tape, and some do nothing at all. Also, hormones, after a certain number of cycles tend to shrink the whole thing.
I will admit this openly...the most beautiful "Woman" I have ever seen in person, in my life, was born a man. Hormones are incredible things. They work miracles.
I have grown much more conservative over these years...but yeah...it depends.
