Yes it was hard I still need to lose another 70 Pounds until im a healthy weight for my height. Or normal weight according to my height.

Lots of vegetables and fruits. Meats, Cheese, Milk, Yoghurt. And everything in smaller amounts. In the past I used to eat alot. I cut down on how much I eat.
