Why is it typically the men trying to invade women’s spaces? You rarely see stories like this about trans men invading men’s spaces.

I’m just curious why this is so one sided.

I don't recall having any thoughts on the subject at all. When I heard about trans people, I withheld judgement. I think people should be able to live their lives in a way that suits them. I don't understand it, but that doesn't mean they are not entitled to live their lives free of torment by your buddies on the right.
I have to admit, that peeking in on someone in a restroom stall bothers me more than someone masturbating in a stall. I would be upset if someone, male or female, started masturbating in front of me. But I'd likely survive it. And so would the disturbed person who did that because I'd have no idea of doing them harm.

Withholding judgement is never an example of exercising judgement, and in fact is the lack thereof.

It is essentially a feel-good concept intended to express some form of imaginary fairness for the sake of self-righteous support for what one knows will be in conflict with the use of proper judgement. It is used to give weight and gravity to a concept that has no substantial support otherwise (like pretending men can actually be women).

And, if the dude wasn't in the women's locker-room in the first place, then there would be no need for you to be disturbed about what happened. That too, is an attempt to ignore the obvious, for the sake of an implied moral superiority not quite evident in the reality of the matters at hand.
