A lot of boxcars just have things like boxes of rubbergloves and cotton balls, and pads for beds in hospitals.

When I was young[er] we used to hear rumors that the government intentionally would leave boxcars in south central Los Angeles filled with guns knowing that the cars would be broken into and as a way of proliferating arms in minority communities.
