There are a number of homes, where they are obviously pack rats, who have decided their yards are their personal landfill.

Would you be opposed to their small ice rink?

Would there be consequences had they installed a built in pool and used it as an ice rink in the winter?

In the town's defense, they did say they would be receptive to the rink being moved to a different spot on the property. The argument that its current location is the only level spot is really kind of meaningless. It's not like the ice is going to freeze on a slant...
