Tornado Warning? WTF?

...

Don't waste topics on bullshit.... meaning your "right" to start a topic here should be removed.

You're right, EVERY thread should be about Jewish CO2. There is nothing else to discuss in the entire world. Listen to the voices in your head. They love you.

In Hampshire county, MA? You don't see that every day.
I was born into and have lived in "Tornado Alley" most of my life. Here in Albuquerque though, tornadoes are very rare and the twisters that occur once in a blue moon are always small and do relatively minimal damage.

In 1998, a twister came down right in the middle of Cimarron NM in New Mexico's high country--elevation roughly 6500 ft--where tornados are extremely rare, virtually unheard of. That one was strong enough to demolish the bank and post office.

Though about 75% of all tornadoes occur in the USA, I've read they technically can form anywhere in the world except in the polar regions where it is too cold and weather patterns too stable for them to form.

I guess it was your turn. :)

It's just a little Global Warming.
Actually what the system falsely calls "Global Warming" is something real, but politicians and rich profiteers give it a name that does not reveal the Truth.
Things started to change about 2000 A.D. I noticed that the Sun was coming farther North in the Spring to 21 June, and then began moving South thereafter. I noticed this by the shadows on the mountains around where I lived. Right now, in Southern Idaho, the Sun rise is close to due East. By December 21, the Sun rise will be in the South East. Even the Eskimos have noticed the changes and have had to follow their current observations, rather than how it used to be.
This June 21, I missed so I didn't get to check the shadow of a vertical post to figure how far North the Sun was on that day.
Before 2000 A.D. the furthest North the Sun went, was the Tropic of Capricorn a bit South of the Southern tip of Baja California. Now it seems close to Salt Lake City Utah. This last winter, in the Northern hemisphere; The Sea water freeze off Patagonia and frosts in Southern Brazil, when it sould have been Summer/Spring there.
Anyone can check the matter on 21 June by measuring the shadow cast by a vertical post. If the Shadow is cast Southward, You are South of the Tropic of Cancer at the current time. On December 21, the shadow will be cast to it's greatest length to the North depending on where You are.

It was not worth a topic, MORON.

Oh wow there was a tornado!!

First thing before starting a topic on it = is it UNUSUAL?

DATA says NO...

MORON.

Please. It's an interesting topic. And as pertinent as any other topic to discuss.

Certainly those in areas where tornadoes rarely occur--Massachusetts is one of those areas and those that do occur are most often no stronger than F0 or F1--and almost always no later than August will be interested in that phenomenon. So a tornado warning this time of year in Massachusetts is worth a mention.

Seriously, who are you to dictate what should and should not interest people on a message board?

I rather think what is being observed is the inevitable (and very slow) manifestation of the solar cycle.

However the magnetic poles have (and have always) shifted.

But none of this has anything whatsoever to do with anthropological global warming.

And may or may not have any bearing on where and how many tornadoes form in any given year.

There's this thing called "the weather," and it has been changing since the planet was formed.
Why yes, the climate has been changing for the history of the planet. But what is important is the delta v of the change. And the present delta v is exceeding that of some prior periods of extinction.

What’s a delta v?

Tornadoes are downright rare here West of the Cascades ... once in a generation ... Eastside is more prone to big thunderstorms and these will sometimes spews out a twister ... again it's rare for any damage because of so few folks who live in the High Desert ...

You see the thunderstorm line ... be close to shelter when it crosses your location ...
Wrong again.

Tornadoes in Oregon are relatively rare, with a total of 133 recorded events since 1950, and June is typically the most active month for tornado occurrences.

What gibberish did you get that from?

Dream on, Fofyre. While You focus on the Sun's Brightness, You ignore real observations of how the Earth and Sun relationship has changed the climates on Earth which has very little to do with sun spots, driving cars and burning fuel.
