Well there is no doubt this is a big win for labour. Cleverley was the one candidate who approached normal.

Its a simple question for them. Should they pursue the 5 seats they lost to Reform or the 60 they lost to the Liberals ?

You may think that is a simple challenge but then again you arent a tory MP.

Reform is a one man band. More of a cult really. Only popular in deprived drug areas. The Libs are attraxting educated people in the
wealthier areas of the country.

I live in a former tory area that now has a liberal MP. The people here are normal. They rejected tory corruption under Johnson. They rejected the rest of tory dogma as well. They wonder why the tories were trashing the NHS but talking about migrants all the time.

The tories now have two uber tories. They are more concerned about small boats than real issues. The only migrants we meet care for us in the NHS.. The tory policies do not relate to our problems.

The choice of new leader is a puzzling one. But I think it is a short term solution for them. Their will be another leader in place before too long.
