Think they are too young for this? Is too much pressure put on these children?

Nothing wrong with youth football as long as qualified coaches are teaching good fundamentals. The problems arise when parents and coaches act/teach in the manner depicted by several in the video. Those types have no business being anywhere near youth sports.
