• Ford extended its timeline to hit a goal of 600,000 EVs a year, and even

If they were good enough they would sell themselves without commee Obiden mandates, subsidies etc,

But, you create $6 gas and give $7500 cash per EV some begin to buy. Even if they regret it later. Like a golf cart, good around town for 3 hours once a week. Yawning.

The EV fad will pass soon enough. EVs cost more energy to build. That prices them out of the market when energy becomes much more expensive. Meanwhile, climate change is reducing the snow and ice in Michigan, so scooters and motorcycles will become more practical as basic low energy transportation. I may eventually buy a scooter. Over 99cc requires a motorcycle license.

Why? My gas car is fine. I don’t need a cord. Gas available all over. I have credit cards now, don’t have to go inside. Why pay 2X or 1.5X more for more hassel? What’s in it for me? Besides no long trips,
