To the Legions of the Lame: What happens when the next school shooter uses Glocks?

So let's say you 'win' and get every single last one of those scary assault weapons out of the US. Logistically impossible of course but let's just say it happened. Then the next Nicholas Cruz goes into a high school with two Glocks and a backpack full of magazines. Kills 20 kids. Will you march for armed security then or will you march against handguns?

If the magazines only hold 10 rounds or less, they would have had a lot better chance of stopping him when he reloaded.

That really is not the point, is it? A nut with a gun and lots of bullets is going to kill a lot of kids whether it is an AR-15 or a Glock. So far I've heard from Fort Fun that maybe we would have had a few less deaths in Parkland with Glocks and your take that maybe some brave soul would take down the shooter while reloading. Just FYI, a skilled shooter can reload a Glock in 3 seconds.

The answer to the OP is that they will move to ban evil assault handguns.
As others have stated, this is not about AR15's......it's about the 2nd Amendment which as one above intelligently explained, Americans need to be disarmed. It's the last civilian society on Earth with this much armed capability.

There is no other solution.....guns must go. Granted, they don't need to get them all....just enough. And banning AR15's and a mandatory turn in will get them in the ballpark they need.

Americans are really dumbed down. Most go about happily oblivious. Many have been skillfully conditioned to believe guns are the evil to end all evils and that without them, life will be Utopian.

The AR-15 rifle is a caliber .223. It's actually not much more powerful than a varmint gun.

Completely wrong. A high speed rifle round round (as from an AR-15) has higher muzzle enrgy than a .44 magnum round, and these weapons are more accurate at distance.

Muzzle energy is not the only criteria.....the mass of the bullet and the more powerful round is just as important. Shooting up a classroom does not require accuracy at a distance.

the glock is either a 9mm or .40 cal while the ar is a much smaller 5.56 mm or .223 cal

Taking away gun rights will make this far less equal.
