Let's comply with Chuckie's wishes. He's got it backed it up with history and precedent. Sometimes we forget what a brilliant statesman he is....

What causes you to conclude that the "the voice of the American voters" is against holding hearings before January ? Is this from some lame liberal study like the laughingstock Stephens-Davidowitz racism study ?If Biden wins and Republicans try to go against the voice of the American voters and hold hearings before January, they will not have the votes to confirm. By December, Republicans could have 3 nay votes which might be enough to kill confirmation.
Now Schumer want them to put up a nominee?...An amazing moment of intellectual honesty from that smarmy shoe salesman.
Notice how liberals carefully use such terms as "voters" and "The people in this country", rather than Americans (which would have to exclude millions of illegal alien voters). But he can easily say that, because the majority of voters, chose him to be President.
President Trump doesn't have that luxury of support...
The people in this country, by majority, chose someone else to be President....the electoral college got him there....
Obama won both.
America is the entire continent of north america and south america and central america. Perhaps you mean US citizens.Notice how liberals carefully use such terms as "voters" and "The people in this country", rather than Americans (which would have to exclude millions of illegal alien voters). But he can easily say that, because the majority of voters, chose him to be President.

And it is the electoral college that gives the power of the vote to the 50 STATES, not the population. Somebody doesn't like that ? Plenty of countries out there to move to. Bon Voyage!
Kamala mopped the floor with both Kavanaugh AND Barr.
That's not what I said, you illiterate boob. What causes you to conclude that the "the voice of the American voters" is against holding hearings before January ? Run the most right wing sonofabitch we can find. Straight through the Judiciary Committee right to the Senate floor. They want to play their stupid little fuck, fuck impeachment games...we can play ours.I'm torn over the replacing of Ms Ginsberg before the end of the year. On one hand, it would insure a conservative justice replacing her.
On the other hand, it would give the left a lot of negative ammunition to go after Trump for trying to replace her after what McConnell did in 2016.
Trump doesn't need the extra distraction during the campaigning, along with the msm going after him relentlessly for trying.
If he was upfront and saying that he's going to hold off, it could give him some positive momentum in the eyes of the voters in the swing states.
What say you?
It's a game they won, Trump is the 3rd POTUS to be impeached, and the FIRST one to be impeached in his FIRST term.
The word "Americans" is commonly used to describe US citizens. One and the same. Back to the 8th grade for you.America is the entire continent of north america and south america and central america. Perhaps you mean US citizens.

Don't forget what Leningrad Lindsey said.
Zoom to :20 seconds, if you have the balls to watch this at all.
Republican hypocrisy at it's best.
Lindsey now supports going forward with nomination.
What would the democrats do if they had this very situation, BS?

Only in the USA.The word "Americans" is commonly used to describe US citizens. One and the same. Back to the 8th grade for you.America is the entire continent of north america and south america and central america. Perhaps you mean US citizens.
GOP up for office can only succeed with a Center-liberal nominee to point to as one of their own. The Trumped-Up election prospects get way less support, the further down-ticket they go: Already.

Newsmax reports that a SCOTUS nomination could be going to the Senate as early as this Wednesday.
Oooo....A politician expressed the exact opposite opinion of that which he held just a few years ago.America is the entire continent of north america and south america and central america. So they should do what they think might help them get re-elected, as opposed to doing the right thing ? That's what you're saying ?Exactly. These clowns are in really tight races.
- Sen. Martha McSally (Ariz.) - Lean Democratic
- Sen. Thom Tillis (N.C.) - Toss up
- Sen. Susan Collins (Maine) - Toss up
- Sen. Steve Daines (Mt.) - Toss up
- Sen. Joni Ernst (Iowa) - Toss up
- Sen. Cory Gardner (Colo.) - Toss up
- Sen. David Perdue (Ga.) - Toss up
- Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.) - Lean Republican
Why would they need balls for that ? Why not do the SCOTUS nomination TODAY ?that would be somethng to see, but i doubt republicans have the balls to do it.
