I think America needs a new national institution. Constructed for psychotic people, part penal and part rehabilitative. So psychotics will have something to fear in specific in our American society. To provide deterent, and give society a telephone number to call for professionals and one for the general public. Perhaps have a national registry of persons that have a psychosis. We need preventative measures specific to that illness.
