The laughter overheard during the coverage was reportedly from "employees in another part of the building watching a car chase," according to the outlet.

If you watch the car chase video, you will notice two things. First, there is NOTHING exciting or cheer worthy in that video. Second, that video was going on when the anchor interupted it to announce that Charlie Kirk had died. Furthermore, internet sleuths discovered that all the clocks in the TMZ office showed that the laughing occured at the exact time stamp when the announcement was made on that car chase news coverage to announce Charlies death.

Game over. They are busted.
