My son is the expert on this topic. Here in Idaho is a huge chip factory that is expanding a lot. Factories move for several reasons. Labor costs is one and cost of factories another. We can reverse it if Govt. is not in the way.

The best way to bring jobs back to the US is to lower US wages, that's as basic as I can put it, either that or accept a reduction in corporate profits which the boards of most companies don't usually plan for on their ten year strategy planning!
