Huge election going on in the DRC, and this is the main issue. Whether Congo will return to greatness or whether it will wallow in malaise.

As long as outsiders (European and Western powers) have anything to do with DRC they will suffer. What they need to do is kick anybody who isn't a natural born citizen out of their country. Kick them out and don't let them have any political or economic influence whatsoever.

Foreign nationals don't come to Africa with bags of money. They come to rob and steal everything they can get their hands on.
