Have you checked (for-profit) prison population rates in our allegedly capitalist free market economy? Capital matters under Capitalism. A lack of Capital affects the least wealthy under Capitalism the most. Who has the least (capital) to lose under our form of Capitalism. Right wingers who aid abet the useless and alleged drug war are part of the national socialist problem not part of the free market capitalism solution. Why not insist on wartime tax rates for the drug war if you actually believe it and it is not "really just code for attempts at control of the least wealthy under our form of Capitalism".
