Tillerson leaving was a matter of time, but the choice for CIA is not a good one

However you view the CIA's torture programs, innocent people were tortured to death. It may be that the people who did this were sincerely motivated by patriotism, and I never thought they should be punished. But I didn't think they should be rewarded either.

So who would be a good fit for the corrupt CIA? Sounds to me like that **** fits right in with the rest of them.
