Thugs in Atlanta have set up roadblocks where criminal was shot and killed

People take over property where Rayshard Brooks was killed, set up roadblocks on University Ave.

A group of people has taken over the burned out Wendy's where Rayshard Brooks was shot and killed by an APD Officer. They are refusing to leave.

Looks like they are trying to set up their own little country, well hey go for it! Already read there have been several people shot today in Apelanta.
