If the left was serious about gun violence they would push for the indictment of the A.G. for gun running. Two Americans were killed by the weapons the A.G. authorized to be shipped to Mexico and perhaps hundreds of innocent Mexicans.

The original post characterized the shooter as a mad right winger even before he was identified so clearly the post is about politics rather than issues. I think the A.G.'s complicity in manslaughter is right on topic.

If we care about the victims, we will take steps to get guns out of the hands of nutters. Instead, all we hear is how we should make more guns more readily available to known criminals, known terrorists, known illegals and the mentally ill.

Try talking about any degree of controlling who can easily buy guns, buying online, private sales, internet and the screeching about "rights" and "gun grabbing" is deafening.

Sorry, you are wrong...it is about saving lives....and therefore you are wrong....every year in the U.S. 1.4 million people, on average and it could very well be a higher number, use guns to stop violent crimes and save lives....

So...gun murders each year 8-9,000 as per the FBI crime stats....vs....1.4 million times guns are used to save lives and stop violent crime....

If you are at all interested in saving lives, you would support people carrying guns for self defense...and not listen to the propaganda that is based on lies....
