Anyone who has ever been on a naval vessel knows that all ships have to fly a flag of their country of origin while at sea or can be considered pirates.
When I was on the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk CV-63 for 3 years, we flew the flag of the United States from the stern while at sea or underway. Not doing so can result in attacks from any other ship while in international waters or the high seas. When inside 200 nautical miles from a country's coast you are considered to be inside territorial waters of that country and have protections of that country.

He's already getting rid of taxes on tips and social security.
Soon the only taxes we'll be paying at the federal level is FICA and Capital Gains taxes.
