Pick the ones that cut about $2T to get to a surplus

1. Major spending cuts: ($1.8T)
send Welfare to the states in phases (gain $1T a year)
send Education to the states in phases ($300b)
send Medicaid to the states in phases ($500b)

2. New Revenue ($2.1T)
Close tax loop-holes/deductions (+$1.5T)
Fix SS net zero (remove/raise cap)
Fix Medicare net zero (ok for now)
Add new 0.2% transaction tax (+$150b, only hurts computer tracers and short sellers)
Add new remittance tax (+$6b, for Mexico to pay for the wall)
Remove Capital Gains Tax loop-hole +$100b/yr
Collect all taxes owed +$400b

3. Another option is a Discretionary Budget reset to 2021. Interest on the Debt needs $600b, SS needs cap raised, Defense add $200b, So even then we need more revenue.
