A bunch of groups went extinct to German Crusades / Colonialism along the Baltic Sea, and NO ONE PAYS Tribute to them, like was done to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust due to German Nazis.

Why don't we grieve for the groups who went extinct from Germans, or for that matter the other groups killed by the Nazi Germans?

There's clear extreme biases at play.
You can grieve if you want to. But people don't because they've never heard of those groups. People still alive can keep their own story alive.

I hear France does face transplants, you should look into it.

The Prussians ARE the Germans, moron. The Skalvians were destroyed by the Normans in 630 AD.

Who were these people? Were they families with the same surnames or tribes? Were they inbred and isolated from other segments of society? Were they unique in some way that Nazi's targeted them?
