This will be fun: Democrats' new "Blue MAGA" strategy about to drop

The scary part of this, is if Biden, in his last year, had come out strong on border security, Harris would be president now.

You might think so, but if Biden had done that, the entire base of the democrats run by extremists, environmentalists, and anti-border pro-immigration globalists would have freaked out and not voted at all.

No they wouldn't have. They would've followed right along, as they always do. Just like loyalist republican voters do.

Blue MAGA. That's the best they can do right now.

The best part is the many ways Dems and their media are scrambling to rewrite history and pretend they weren't part of the massive cover-up of Joe Biden's mental and physical decline, and the fraud of his administration.

Enjoy:

Some Democrats view this time, in the middle of the Trump era, as an opportunity to revamp their party — especially as they struggle to find a new leader.

One of those Democrats is Rep. Ro Khanna, a California Democrat whose district includes much of Silicon Valley, but who wants his party to take a more populist route.

He’s coined a new phrase to describe the voters he hopes to bring back to the Democratic Party, the working and middle class voters who fled the party to vote for President Donald Trump — “Blue MAGA.”

Khanna, a California Democrat appeared on Sunday on ABC News’ “This Week,” with a tough message.

“The Democratic Party needs to be honest,” he said.

“In light of what has come out, it is painfully obvious President (Joe) Biden should not have run,” Khanna said.

The California representative argued his party gave “too much deference to party leaders, to the old guard, to the advisers” instead of being “more independent.”
LOL. So we've gone from MAGA being a dirty word to embracing it.

Because when people get lied to, they tend to not support the liars.
Again you seem to be avoiding answering

That’s why the dems have a 21 percent approval…but why would they vote for them if they aren’t going to cut anything? You claimed they wouldn’t vote for the gop if they don’t cut more, so why would they vote for the Dems who aren’t planning on doing that at all?

Might depend upon the type of "people".
Democrats are lied to most often by their Democrat leaders (elected), yet continue to vote for them.

The GOP has the trifecta. No more excuses. No one with any common (political) sense would blame the democrats for something the GOP has the power to do.
IE: Individual bills with all the DOGE cuts built into them. Reducing even more spending than DOGE pointed out. Reducing the size and scope of government, as they promised they'd do.

These are the things that fiscal hawks would support. The reason they're NOT supporting them is because there are no actual cuts in spending. If there was, there wouldn't be a problem, as the democrats don't have enough to vote down the bill.

What you seem to be ignoring is the fact that the only real blockade in this spending bill, are the fiscal conservatives who want less spending. They don't want to increase spending, the debt, deficit and the debt ceiling. If this bill cut all of those things, they could easily pass the bill. And there wouldn't be a damn thing the democrats could do about it.

If Trump and the RINO's don't start holding to their "reduced spending" promises, the democrats are going to take back the house and maybe the senate next year.
So are retarded and unoriginal as the left may be, it's not going to matter if the GOP don't start holding up to their promises.
They weren't elected to spend more.
I believe some of the Republican voters will start to lose interest if the Republicans screw this up. They have had many opportunities and have come up short. It is tough I know. Yet they want to run for office also.

Dembots are unorginal and can't even come up with their own slogan.

They are useless.
Well they did come up with "Build Back Better." Of course nobody could define or explain what that meant or how it was being done and the acronym was the same as Better Business Bureau so they couldn't use it, but it was their own slogan. :)

Once again that doesn’t answer my question

If voters are upset there aren’t deeper cuts why would they vote for Dems?

I saw that idiot Ro Khanna on MSNBC or CNN this morning.... going through the fake news channels.

For one, it's a 2 party controlled system.
Most people either vote R or D.
Then there's those who simply won't show up to vote for the party that just lied to them. They'll stay home.

Seriously, how many reasons to you need to know why majorities of the R & D's flip flop back & forth?

I believe some of the Republican voters will start to lose interest if the Republicans screw this up. They have had many opportunities and have come up short. It is tough I know. Yet they want to run for office also.

This is exactly why I stopped voting for Republicans. I was sick of them promising spending cuts and then spending more than the democrats.
That didn't make me vote for democrats. I've never voted for one that I can remember. Because they spend too much also.

Fractured.

Khanna is more of a moderate (at least more moderate than most in his party) and he has been laying criticism towards the far left. It will be interesting to see what he comes up with.
Blue MAGA is about as dumb a name as it can be.

The yearly deficit has to be reduced from the levels of the previous administration. The government grew massively also. Making changes that last will take more than one piece of legislation. Perhaps multiple ones. Even if they wanted to it is possible they would lose the next election cycle and the cycle returns.

So basically the opposite of MAGA, just like the last 8 years.
