Two bytes would be sixteen bits. This set is one bit short of that.


Yes, I thought I kind of encrypted that in the chain of 16 binary numbers I included broken into sets of hexcode. That's why I specifically said at bottom right the thing about 0 being the remaining state (all zeros) to make up for the missing part. :SMILEW~130:
