Yes, talented people with skills to be good teachers are going to take jobs that allow them to buy homes and provided their failures with as much support as they can.

Schools are not failing because of low pay, the problem is caused by far-left liberal-minded idiots who have put the out-of-control kids in charge, with a lack of discipline or accountability for their unacceptable actions. By the way, most teachers who stick with the job end up making a fair salary that is usually enhanced by summer employment.

I know many teachers and some are doing ok but many are struggling, few own homes, and with the way cost of living has sky rocketed it is only getting harder and harder to make a decent living. So again. When we have our best and brightest coming out of college or looking for a career change, few look to the teaching profession as it is not an attractive way to make a living

I am not a liberal and I do not vote for either side of the duopoly.

The reason we are sitting at 34T in debt is because of you and your fellow sheep on both sides always give your side a free pass and just attack the other side.

oh you can't, but you can't offer competative wages until you can get the bad ones out. Right now teacher's union demand all teachers get roughly the same, they protect the bad ones, which pushes back on competation .
