Okay. Now how much does each county get in those states? Hoe much does each city if it is a county or part of a county get in those states? Townships, towns, communities. We really need to add up what Prog cities gets from their taxpayers, taxpayers in outlying areas, taxpayers in the state they are in and federal taxpayers. And all of those highways, ridges, river authorities. So much fun. Yeah. New Orleons as compared to the rest of the state. Atlanta was hooked on federal revenue as it grew to a large tax sucking city. Parts of the city want out and they are stuck like slaves.

Those are Block Grants as required by Richard Nixon's Welfare Reform legislation.

States handle and pay for Welfare of all sorts, the Federal Government reimburses them in the form of Block Grants. The Red States of which you speak all have thte highest percentage of Blacks of all the States.
